The Bayelsa state has never had a good governor.They are all crooked individuals and this list does not in anyway assume of of them to be good and the other bad,the
list only says,they are all bad,but how bad?Who's badest amongst?Thats the concern of this list.
4. DR.GOODLUCK JONATHAN(9 DECEMBER 2005-29 MAY 2007)
Funny how DR. Goodluck Jonathan tends to be the last in this list but with all evidence from his short administration,he is of course the saint among the wolves.
The major things Bayelsans look up to are,Salaries,Light and a few Projects GEJ accomplished their dreams.
3.TIMIPRE SYLVA (29 MAY 2008-27 JANUARY 2012)
Salaries were paid on time,light was 90% better than GEJ,so why is he on this list? Doo Akpo
4. DIEPREYE ALAMIEYESEIGHA (29 MAY 1999- 9 DECEMBER 2005)
When the foundation is not build on growth and development,how will a state grow? Respected by many,loved by many, Alamco is said to have failed the people of Bayelsa
state.One of his greatest failures which every past and present administration is emulating is building a university in his home town at a time when the state capital
was in need of serious development.Today every administration trys to be remembered for building an institution in their community after all their wrong doings e.g
GEJ established FEDERAL UNI. in his home town. Timipre Sylva tried to establish a COE in his home town which was later moved by Henry Seriake Dickson and finally
Henry Seriake Dickson,after establishing an higher institution in one of his parents hometown is now establishing another in the other parents home town.On the basis
of setting good standards to an underdeveloped state, DSP has made a second class upper in failing
Bayelsa State.
5. HENRY SERIAKE DICKSON(14 FEBRUARY 2012 - PRESENT)
This man lacks respect for the citizens,he talks on the radio like he's addressing his children at home.He is the first governor in the history of Bayelsa state to pay
half salaries and probably the first in the history of the world.Education and electricity are crumbling in his palms like an old thin of milk.He owes workers with no
intention of paying them,he removed COE from Okpoama and that might be his plan towards NDU. This man is killing the citizens of the state with hunger.Like we said
earlier,Bayelsans only want salaries and electricity.This man does not have any large project,the ones he have he created in the midst of this chaos,he doesn't pay
workers,he supplies the worst electricity the state has ever seen.This man is a tyrant,a police man and a charge and bail lawyer who is not capable of leading a canoe
to fishing not to talk of a state. This man lies to the extent the people has called him names like LIBRARY/LION/LINUS etc....He is the worst governor the state has ever seen according to statistical data obtained from the people on the streets he his badder than the baddest!
